At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at FRP Advisory Trading Liimted, 2nd Floor, 120 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3BD on 19 August 2024 at 11.30 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Arvindar Jit Singh (IP No. 11070) and Benjamin Neil Jones (IP No. 24250) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 120 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3BD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
