At a General Meeting of the Company, convened, and held at 10.00am on 12 June 2020 the subjoined Special Resolution was passed, viz:

RESOLUTION

THAT it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that it is advisable to wind up the Company and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Kerry Bailey IP No: 8780 of BDO LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3AT and Lee Causer IP No: 14112 of BDO LLP, Two Snowhill, Birmingham, B4 6GA, Authorised Insolvency Practitioners, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and are to act jointly and severally.
