THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986, and that Adelle Patricia Firestone of Firestones Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, Admirals Offices, Main Gate Road, The Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent ME4 4TZ be and is hereby appointed liquidator (the "Liquidator") for the purpose of that winding up.
