NOTICE IS GIVEN that the creditors of the above named Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 5 September 2017, are required, on or before Friday 6 October 2017, to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Seneca IP Limited, Speedwell Mill, Old Coach Road, Tansley, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 5FY, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Any creditors who have submitted a claim in the preceding Administration proceedings are not required to submit a further claim to the Liquidator.
