A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 9.17 5a 91 Waterloo Road, Capital Tower, London SE1 8RT presented by Eoin O’Riordan and SKYAMARA LIMITED whose registered office address is situate at Bawnard East, Midleton Co, Cork P25 T656, Ireland claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 2 August 2022 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 14 September 2022 at 10.30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 13 September 2022.
