“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Plant, of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ, (IP No 9207) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding up.”
