At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 10.30 am on 6 May 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed; No.1 as a Special Resolution and No.2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

2. “That Edwin D.S. Kirker of Kirker & Co., Centre 645 2 Old Brompton Road South Kensington London SW7 3DQ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.”
