"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Georgia Fisher (IP No. 21852) of Oury Clark Chartered Accountants, Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1PG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
