At a general meeting of the Company held at Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford WD18 8YH on 28 August 2018 at 2.45 pm, the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) and Christopher Marsden (IP No. 9409) both of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.”
