Pursuant to Rule 14.28/14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules1986, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the last date for proving debts against the Company, is 28 October 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Valentine & Co, Galley House, Moon Lane, Barnet, EN5 5YL, the Liquidator of the above-named Company. Notice is further given that the Liquidator intends to declare an interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving.

I would confirm that there are no relevant floating charges over the assets of the Company and therefore I am not required to set aside this fund for the benefit of the unsecured creditors. The distribution is being made from the available funds.
