A petition to wind up the above named company of Northumberland Hold Limited of 60 Nile Street, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE29 0BN, Co reg. no. 10406682 presented on 29 October 2019 by SPIRIT PUB COMPANY (LEASED) LIMITED of Westgate Brewery, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 1QT claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Business And Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 10 December 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
