"That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Murphy of Harrisons Business Recovery & Insolvency (London) Limited, 3rd Floor, Office 305, 31 Southampton Row, London, WC1B 5HJ, and Lloyd Biscoe of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 2EG, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Partnership for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up."
