"That the Company be wound up voluntarily by way of a Members' Voluntary Liquidation and that Donald McKinnon of Wylie & Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
