NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 1 July 2019 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by Patrick Gillooly Senior, 70 Main Street, Longriggend, Airdrie, Lanarkshire, ML6 9SG, Brian Gillooly, 2 Meikle Crescent, Greengairs, Airdrie, Lanarkshire, ML6 7UQ, Patrick Gillooly Junior, 10 Grahamsdyke Road, Bo'ness, West Lothian, EH51 9EG, Samuel Gillooly, 96 Main Street, Longriggend, Airdrie, Lanarkshire, ML6 7RS, Terence Gillooly, 37 Main Street, Longriggend, Airdrie, Lanarkshire, ML6 7RS and Thomas Gillooly, 94 Main Street, Longriggend, Airdrie, Lanarkshire, ML6 7RS, craving the Court inter alia to order that Northfield Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts with registered number SC195909 and having its registered office at 42 Orchard Street, Renfrew, Renfrewshire, PA4 8RL ("the Company") be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 2 July 2019 appointed any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court of Session at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; meantime appointed Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, to be joint provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers contained Parts 4, 5 and 6 of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
