At a general meeting of the Company duly convened and held at 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF on Thursday, 28th March 2019 at 2.30 p.m. the following resolutions were passed:

(a) Special Resolution

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

And

(b) Ordinary Resolutions

That Brigid Napier, Napier & Sons, Solicitors, 1/9 Castle Arcade, Belfast, BT1 5DF, be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company.
