At a general meeting of the Company duly convened and held at First Floor, 129-131 Ormeau Road, Belfast BT7 1SH on 7 November 2016 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed:

(a) Special Resolution

That the Company be wound up voluntarily

And

(b) Ordinary Resolutions

1. That Joan Houston, Houston Hunter, 32 Shandon Drive, Bangor, Co Down be appointed as Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company.
