Notice is given by James Dagley that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent ST3 5XA on 12 May 2020 at 10.30 am. The meeting was requested by creditors and it has been summoned under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the meeting is to form a creditors committee and appoint Liquidator(s) to the Company.

The meeting may be attended remotely by creditors providing a request for remote attendance has been received by 4 pm on the business day before the meeting.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at ipd, Suite 1 Marcus House, Park Hall Business Village, Park Hall Road, Stoke on Trent ST3 5XA by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.

No liquidator has been appointed at the date of this notice.
