“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Ferguson (IP No. 22890) of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
