This notice is given by Gareth James Lewis of Lewis Business Recovery & Insolvency, Suite E10, Joseph`s Well, Westgate, Leeds, LS3 1AB and is to inform creditors that the Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Gareth James Lewis of Lewis Business Recovery & Insolvency, Suite E10, Joseph`s Well, Westgate, Leeds, LS3 1AB, by 5 December 2022. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Liquidator`s intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors are also informed that the value of the prescribed part is estimated to be ÂŁ8,792.
