A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 13 June 2022 by BOELS RENTAL LTD of Dr.Nolenslaan 140, Postfach 666, 6130 AR, Sittard, Holland claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of 136 Warkworth Drive, Chester le Street, County Durham DH2 3TW will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Tuesday 9 August 2022 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
