NOTICE is hereby given that on 31st May 2016 a Petition by Northeast Technology Solutions Limited, Company No. SC267272, registered office address at 252 Union Street, Aberdeen AB10 1TN and trading address at The Haughs Industrial Estate, Inverbervie, Angus DD10 0Q was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Northeast Technology Solutions Limited be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Provisional Liquidator and Interim Liquidator of the said Company, the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 1st June 2016 ordered all parties desirous of opposing said Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk in Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and in the meantime until the prayer of the Petition has been granted or refused nominated Alexander Iain Fraser, Chartered Accountant, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen AB10 1UD to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company.
