A Petition to wind up the above-named company of NORTH WEST DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM LTD (11671786) of 91 Princess Street, Manchester M1 4HT, whose nature of business is Development of building projects & Construction of domestic buildings, presented on Thursday 16 January 2020, at 14:00 by COHESION PILING COMPANY LIMITED, of Brosnans Birkby House, Birkby Lane, Bailiff Bridge, West Yorkshire HD6 4JJ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birminghm, Birmingham Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on Wednesday 29 April 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
