At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Claremont House, 1 Market Square, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6AA at 10.30 am on 22 October 2021, pursuant to Sections 282 & 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”
