At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4th Floor, Centre Block, Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, Kent, BR6 0JA on 20 March 2025 at 2.30 pm, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) and Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Centre Block, Central Court, Knoll Rise, Orpington, Kent, BR6 0JA be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
