Notice is hereby given that on 18 January 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Forfar by Promontoria (Pine) Designated Activity Company, a Company incorporated in Ireland (company number 616530) and having its Registered Office at 1st Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, craving the court inter alia, that North Grange Farming Co, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC148007) and having its Registered Office at North Grange Farm, Monifieth, Dundee, DD5 4HY (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Forfar, by interlocutor dated 18 January 2019, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
