A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 14 September 2022 by Iain Chalmers and Jacqueline Chalmers of 102 Fernlea, Bearsden, Glasgow G61 1NB claiming to be a Creditor of NORTH EAST MINOR PROPERTIES LTD of Providence House, Little Sampford, Essex CB10 2QQ will be heard at the Business and Property Court in Leeds, 1 Oxford Road, Leeds LS1 3BG at 10:00AM on 8 November 2022 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
