A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 02281687) of 3 Broadway Market, Hackney, London E8 4PH presented on 4 February 2020 by AAH PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED AND BARCLAYS PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, of Sapphire Court, Walgrave Triangle, Coventry, CV2 2TX (the Petitioners), claiming to be creditors of the company within the McKesson Group, will be heard at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX on Tuesday 31 March 2020 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
