Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 June 2016 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James E Patchett FCCA FABRP and Martin C Armstrong FCCA FABRP FIPA MBA , both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA, (IP Nos. 9345 and 6212) be appointed as Joint Liqidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
