“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and "that Ninos Koumettou (IP No 002240) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1 Kings Avenue Winchmore Hill London N21 3NA and Lloyd Biscoe (IP No 009141) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange 234 Southchurch Road Southend on Sea SS1 2EG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
