"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Tonks (IP No. 016670) and Andrew Little (IP No. 009668) both of Baldwins Restructuring and Insolvency Limited, Europa House, 72-74 Northwood Street, Birmingham, B3 1TT be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
