“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martyn James Pullin and Alexander Iain Fraser, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Dakota House, 25 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Business Park, Stockton on Tees TS18 3TX, (IP Nos 15530 and 9218) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
