"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven George Hodgson (IP No. 13550) and Christopher Wood (IP No. 9571) both of Clough Corporate Solutions Limited, Vicarage Chambers, 9 Park Square East, Leeds, West Yorkshire LS1 2LH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."
