"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Thomas (IP No. 8920) and Tom Straw (IP No. 23850) both of Moorfields, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidator may be exercised jointly or by either one of them alone."
