At a general meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at Bridge House, London Bridge, London, SE1 9QR on 13 March 2018, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) and Georgina Marie Eason (IP No. 9688) both of MHA MacIntyre Hudson, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be and are hereby appointed as the Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that they may act jointly and severally."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 13 March 2018 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Michael Sanders and Georgina Eason as joint liquidators.
