"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) and David Meany (IP No. 9453) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Liquidator may be done by one of them.”
