At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of EWSLLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Loughborough, LE12 7NN on 17 October 2019 the following resolutions were passed by the members as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
