At a general meeting of the Company held at Kidd Rapinet LLP, 392 Edinburgh Avenue, Slough Trading Estate, Slough, Berks, SL1 4UF on 25 October 2018 at 11.30 am the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Jeremy Willmont (IP No. 9044) and Christine Francis (IP No. 13596) both of Moore Stephens LLP, Suite 17, Building 6, Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford, WD18 8YH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that any power conferred on them by the Company, or by the law, be exercisable by them alone. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
