At a General Meeting of the above Company, duly convened, and held at Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS on 8 November 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding."
