A petition to wind up the above named company of Fighting Cocks Inn, 308 Red Lees Road, Cliviger, Lancashire BB10 4RQ (principal trading address) presented on 11 January 2018 by TIBARD LAUNDRY SERVICES LIMITED of Globe Lane Industrial Estate, Broadway, Dukinfield, Cheshire SK16 4UU, claiming to be a Creditor of the company, will be heard at the Business & Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on 19 March 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
