At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Llwynon, Bolahaul Road, Carmarthen SA31 2LW on Tuesday 15 February 2022, the following Resolution/s was/were duly passed:

1. (Special Resolution) That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. (Ordinary Resolution) That Leigh Holmes (IP Number: 9390) and Susan Purnell (IP Number: 9386) of Purnells, Goldfields House, 18A Gold Tops, Newport, South Wales, NP20 4PH be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
