A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Nickyro Limited (10387798) of 5 Coningsby Drive, Grimsby DN34 5HQ, whose nature of business is Freight transport by road, presented on Thursday 26 September 2019, at 12:00 by FUELMATE LIMITED, of Witham House, 45 Spyvee Street, Hull, East Yorkshire HU8 7JR claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 13 November 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
