At a General Meeting of the Company convened and held at The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG on 17 November 2017 at 1.30 pm the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Brian Coleman of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent meeting held on 17 November 2017 the appointment of Gary Paul Shankland (IP No. 009587) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR and Dean Watson (IP No. 009661) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY was confirmed by the creditors.
