At a general meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 1 Vicarage Lane, Stratford, London, E15 4HF on 27 March 2017, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Dix, of LB Insolvency Solutions Limited, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.
