"That the Company be wound up voluntarily for the purposes of section 84 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed as Joint Liquidators on the basis that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by them may be done by any one of them, for the time being holding the office of Joint Liquidator."
