At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 9 Buccleuch Chase, St Boswells, Melrose, TD6 0HB on 26 July 2017, the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Keith V Anderson (IP No. 006885) of mlm Solutions, Forsyth House, 93 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 26 July 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Keith V Anderson as liquidator.
