A Petition to wind up the above-named company of NGC Pubs Ltd (11162783) of 104 High Garrett, Braintree CM7 5NT, whose nature of business is Licensed restaurants and Public houses and bars, presented on Wednesday 07 September 2022, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED , of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Insolvency And Companies List, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 19 October 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
