"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Alexander Kinninmonth (IP No. 9019) and Philip Harris (IP No. 23510) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Mountbatten House, Grosvenor Square, Southampton, SO15 2RP be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
