Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 22 January 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Gibbons (IP No. 9079) of Arrans Limited, Pacific House, Relay Point, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 5PA be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting held on 22 January 2020, Rober Gibbons was given his release and the creditors appointed the Joint Liquidators of Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 009614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No. 008822) both of Mazars LLP, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT.
