"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That John Twizell and James Sleight of the firm of Geoffrey Martin & Co, 4 Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Leeds LS12 6LT be and are appointed as Liquidators of the Company."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 6 April 2016 the appointment of John Twizell and James Sleight as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
