Notice is hereby given that on 10th May 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Newsbase Limited craving the Court that Newsbase Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Centrum House, 108 Dundas Street, Edinburgh, EH3 5DQ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and that in the meantime David Forbes Rutherford, Cowan & Partners Limited, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh, EH6 6RR be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 14 May 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which Notice is hereby given.
